Q-Guard Standard Solutions
Q-Guard solution is designed for perimeter guarding for all types of limited access work cells. Examples of OEM manufactured work cells that have used our solutions include robotic welding centers, paint lines, CNC cutting lines, and virtually every other type of work cell that requires limited access. Our standard product line includes most of the industry specified size requirements and is reputed to be the easiest product to install in the field.
Our design is based on General Motors common fencing specifications.
Q-Guard Custom Solutions
Quality Sales and Service offers engineering and design services for the manufacture of custom perimeter guarding systems. This service requires customer-provided design specifications. With this, the design staff at Quality will generate a 3D detail plan and a quote for manufacturing and installing the Q-Guard custom solution.
Custom solutions include variable mesh inserts, solid panels, NAMMS compliant fastener systems, light curtains, , system integration and other custom specialized requests.
